The object of the procurement is liquefied petroleum gas (propane) as a tank delivery. The annual consumption estimate is about 100,000 kg. The estimate does not commit the contracting entity to purchasing an estimated quantity of LPG on an annual basis, but on the basis of actual consumption. The total consumption estimate for the entire contract period, including option periods, is 600,000 kg. Consumption is not evenly distributed and can fluctuate monthly by +/- 20%. The purchase order is made on a calendar year basis. The procurement is conditional, provided that an annual budget is granted for the procurement.
