  4. Collect your evidence — use the eligibility analysis on this page: it lists the requirements and, for known certificates, how to get them.
Compiled automatically from notice and documents — no guarantee; the procedure's wording is binding.

What the buyer is looking for

The Danish Hydrogen Backbone (DHB) project is a comprehensive effort to establish a hydrogen infra-structure in Denmark, connecting planned large-scale hydrogen production in Denmark, produced from renewable energy sources such as wind and solar, with the German and European hydrogen markets. The project is part of the European hydrogen infrastructure and significantly contributes to the EU's goals of climate neutrality and reduction of greenhouse gas emissions. The purpose of the SQS is to establish a pool of qualified Suppliers that may…

Tactics

When contracts were awarded in this country and sector, usually about 3 bids came in. A normal field for this market. (Based on 140 completed awards — not a statement about this procedure.)

This procedure allows 23 days between publication and deadline — typical in this country is 32 (median of 309 procedures). Much tighter than usual: the first week counts.

Foreign bidders

In Denmark, 2,186 contracts went to foreign companies over the last 3 years (of 14,314 recorded awards) — mostly from Germany, Sweden, Finland.

Submission language: English.

Measured from linked award data; foreign winners bidding through a local subsidiary count as domestic — the true share is higher.
