The purpose of the tender is that the preparation of energy labelling with additional data recordings must provide the contracting entity with a true and useful overview, of the energy status, of the contracting entity's buildings, as well as help to identify and qualify energy savings. … Contracting Entity that the Supplier is able to provide a consistent and high quality of services that ensures that the Contracting Entity's employees can subsequently work effectively with the data, descriptions, proposals and activities provided in connection with energy labelling with additional data recordings as well as condition records and maintenance plans. The tender includes energy labelling with additional data recordings as well as condition registration and maintenance plans, for buildings as selected by the Contracting Entity and which are subject to regular energy labelling requirements or energy labelling requirements when selling or renting out. In addition, the contracting entity's buildings comprise between 60 m2 and 250 m2. State registration and maintenance plans must also be drawn up on selected buildings that are not subject to energy labelling requirements. Please refer to the documents ‘Agreement Annex 3 – List of Offers and Buildings’ and ‘Agreement Annex 2 – Specification of Requirements’ for a detailed description of the services and minimum requirements for them. The Customer makes the platform property.com available to the Supplier[MK1.1] for handling and entering condition records and maintenance plans. It is a requirement that the Supplier uses the platform.
