The scope of this call for tenders covers the provision of support in ICT management and implementation of ICT management in the field of: • Service level management; • Technical management; • Support security management. Within the scope of this call for tenders, the Contracting Authority and the Tenderer will work together to implement ICT management. A detailed description of ICT management and a detailed explanation of the role of the Contracting Authority and the Tenderer is described in Annex XII Programme of ICT Management Requirements. The present contract in this invitation to tender represents an estimated contract value of € 95,000.00 excluding VAT per year, thus € 950,000.00 excluding VAT for the entire duration of ten (10) years. Please note: The estimated annual contract value net of VAT is also the ceiling for the annual costs of ICT management. If the annual costs quoted by the Tenderer in Annex III Price Sheet exceed the maximum amount, the Tenderer will be excluded from further participation in the tender.
