In addition, a partial replacement building for the Rhabanus-Maurus-Gymnasium with a BRI of approximately 22,754.60 m2 is to be built. The existing school building is mostly dismantled. The subject of this invitation to tender is the gradual award of the necessary property planning services for open-air facilities according to § 39 HOAI for the general renovation of the monastery of St. Catherine and the partial replacement of the Rhabanus-Maurus-Gymnasium. Stage 1: Basic determination (LPh 1) and preliminary planning (LPh 2). Stage 2: Design planning (LPh 3) and approval planning (LPh 4). Stage 3: Implementation planning (LPh 5), preparation of the award (LPh 6) and participation in the award (LPh 7). Stage 4: Construction supervision and documentation (LPh 8) as well as property supervision (LPh 9). The Board of Trustees of the Schulwerk has decided on a maximum gross budget of EUR 46.8 million (KG 200 to 700). This includes costs of EUR 1.50 million for the outdoor installations contracted (including VAT and ancillary construction costs). These are agreed as a binding cost ceiling. A further undercutting is sought. The open-air areas to be designed comprise approximately 5,940 m2. The scope results from the project description. The details can be found in the architectural contract Freianlagen and the other procurement documents.
