… services of the Contractor in the construction phases includes, among other things, the preparation of static calculations and plant planning for as well as the production, delivery and assembly of: - VHF outer wall cladding aluminium, large formats unperforated (opaque) incl. substructure, - VHF outer wall cladding aluminium, large formats perforated (perforated sheet) incl. substructure, - outer wall cladding aluminium, parapets, falls, sides, fittings incl. UK in hinge windows and post-lock facades, - insert elements (weather protection grilles, letterbox systems, etc.) in VHF, - Canopies - Structure, clothing and plumbing work, - Attic panels incl. substructure, Performance period The start of execution shall take place immediately, but no later than 12 days after the order has been placed, with the preparation of the work and assembly planning. According to the preliminary construction schedule, the following execution dates or milestones for the assembly work are planned: BA South: Start/Completion: KW 18 2027 / KW 38 2027, BA Nord: Start/Completion: CW 23 2027 / CW 50 2027. Qualifications AN who carry out welding work in the workshop or on the construction site must prove their suitability. The proof shall be deemed to have been provided if the executing company is in possession of the manufacturer's qualification for execution class EXC2 in accordance with DIN EN 1090-2 and the corresponding recognition in accordance with DIN EN ISO 3834-3 or 3834-2. Proof of all necessary qualifications must be provided upon submission of a tender. Location of the construction site The two areas are bounded to the west by the Apfelstraße and separated from each other by the road "An der Reegt". The tenderer is advised to visit the building area/land under his own responsibility before submitting a tender in order to create a basis for calculation.
