The bidder is obliged to ensure the takeover of the full roll of the container no later than 72 hours from the request of the sender delivered by e-mail and deliver the empty one no later than 48 hours after their takeover. The bidder is to provide proof that it has all the necessary permits, entries, authorisations and other conditions prescribed by the applicable regulations for the takeover, transport and disposal of the waste in question. Liability of the waste holder - the customer ceases at the time of the takeover of the waste by the service provider. The selected Service Provider is obliged to take over the waste in full and treat it in accordance with all positive regulations. The services will be performed successively, if necessary, at the disposal of the Client, on the basis of a call from the Client for the collection of waste. The client owns 4 rolls of containers with a capacity of 18 m3, specially adapted for the needs of the client, and the waste is disposed of in such a way that the selected bidder - the executor loads the roll of the waste container on his own vehicle for the transport of the roll of containers or on the vehicle for the transport of the roll of containers made available to the selected bidder - the executor by a third party. Transhipment of container contents at the Client's location is not allowed. The Client is authorised, by means of an invitation to take over the waste, to request the takeover of either one or more rolls of containers, whereby the roll of containers may or may not be filled to a maximum, the selected tenderer – the Contractor being obliged to adapt and, within the agreed time limit, to take over all rolls of containers for which the Client has requested it.
