What the buyer is looking for
The subject of the procurement is the rental of 11 passenger cars for the Ministry of Science, Education and Youth for 24 months in 2027 and 2028. All passenger cars offered and delivered must be technically correct, completely intact (without damage to the body and interior of the vehicle) and suitable for contractual use with all the prescribed appropriate equipment. Vehicles of categories 5 and 6 referred to in the Technical Specifications and the Cost Book shall bear a registration mark according to the seat of the Client. Replacement vehicles must be delivered as required and requested by the Client. Tenderers are obliged to meet the Technical Specifications by default and submit all the required data, evidence and certificates in the tender. In this procurement procedure, a framework agreement will be concluded with one economic operator for a period of two (2) years.
