… or extremely cold climate. The contracting authority assumes the entry of mini-tenders in DNS at predetermined irregular intervals depending on the current needs of the contracting authority. Also, the scope of individual mini-tenders entered in DNS may differ in a specific sub-procurement. The contracting authority will define and enter the individual mini-tenders in the DNS in such a way that the maximum number of DNS participants can submit a bid in order to achieve the widest possible competition. When awarding this public contract, the procuring entity assessed the possibilities of applying other aspects of socially and environmentally responsible procurement and innovation to the award and notes that it was not appropriate to use them when drafting the tender specifications, including how tenders were evaluated and the rules for selecting the contractor.
