Tactics

When contracts were awarded in this country and sector, usually only one or two bids came in. A solid bid has a real chance here. (Based on 1,935 completed awards — not a statement about this procedure.)

This procedure allows 36 days between publication and deadline — typical in this country is 32 (median of 1,134 procedures). Much more generous than usual — time for a thorough bid rather than a quick one.

Foreign bidders

In Czechia · Software & IT systems, 24 contracts went to foreign companies over the last 3 years (of 2,412 recorded awards) — mostly from Germany, Poland, France.

Submission language: Czech, Slovak.

Measured from linked award data; foreign winners bidding through a local subsidiary count as domestic — the true share is higher.
