… lighting. It also includes the provision of the necessary transport and engineering measures and replacement plantings. The subject of Fulfilment B is SO 002 – aftercare for greenery. For this part of the Public Contract, the Contracting Authority shall conclude a separate contract with the selected supplier. The contracting authority concludes a separate contract for Fulfilment A with the selected supplier and a separate contract for Fulfilment B. By submitting a tender, the supplier accepts the obligation to conclude both of the above-mentioned contracts if it is selected. A detailed description of the subject Fulfilment A is given in the Technical Specification, Drawings, Forms and Contractual Conditions, which form an annex to these Tender Documents. A detailed description of the subject of Fulfilment B is given in the Contract for the Provision of Services – Aftercare, Project Documentation and List of Works, which form an annex to these tender documents. The project documentation and the Work List are common to Fulfilment A and Fulfilment B. The relevant part of these documents shall be used for each of the contracts.
