In addition, already certified areas can be accompanied by training, advice and support in the maintenance and continuous improvement of their QM systems. · The services may include in particular the analysis of the current risk and continuity situation, the design and implementation of appropriate management systems, the execution of risk assessments, the identification of critical processes and infrastructures as well as the development of emergency plans, crisis scenarios and measures to increase resilience. For example, ISO 31000, ISO 22301, recognised methods such as FMEA or comparable standards can be used as technical reference points. The services can include the analysis of the current organizational structure, the identification of development potentials, the conception and support of change processes as well as support in the implementation of new organizational models and processes. · The services may include the analysis of technical and technical requirements, the design, development, quality assurance, documentation and integration of maintainable applications as well as the handover to the company. · Possible services include the preparation, provision, installation, configuration, documentation and handover of terminal equipment and related software. Experience in client management, structured roll-out planning, orderly coordination with internal IT departments and specialist departments as well as the ability to implement roll-outs in ongoing hospital operation with as little disruption as possible are expected.
