The system procured shall enable the simultaneous recording, radiometric correction and georeference of hyperspectral images, position and orientation data and incident spectral radiation. Any reference made by the contracting authority in the technical specifications to a standard, technical approval, technical inspection system, trade mark, type, origin or other basis specified in Section 88 of the PPA must be read together with the indication ‘or equivalent’, where appropriate.
