… 397.42 including VAT and EUR 21 164.52 excluding VAT; with a total estimated value of the entire contract of EUR 307 984.49 (three hundred and seven thousand nine hundred and eighty-four euros, forty-nine cents) including VAT up to EUR 256 653.74 (two hundred and fifty-six thousand six hundred and fifty-three euros, seventy-four cents) excluding VAT. 2. Pursuant to Article 21(6) of the Public Procurement Act, Lot 4 ‘Supply of bread’ with an estimated value of EUR 10 835.00 excluding VAT and Lot 5 ‘Supply of fruit and vegetable preserves and packaged food products and pulses’ with an estimated value of EUR 21 164.52 excluding VAT; with a total estimated value of the two lots of EUR 31 999.52 excluding VAT (approximately 12.47% of the estimated value for the performance of the entire public contract), planned as lots in this contract, will be awarded in the order valid for their individual values - by direct award on the basis of Article 21(6) in conjunction with Article 20(4)(3) of the Public Procurement Act, since the value of the two lots concerned in total - EUR 31 999.52 excluding VAT, respectively, the value of the specific lot does not exceed the amount of BGN 156 464 - for supplies that are converted into euro equal to EUR 79 998.77 and at the same time the estimated value of the lots awarded in this way does not exceed 20% of the total estimated value of the contract. Pursuant to Article 7(2) of the PPZOP, the contracting authority shall indicate in the documentation all the information required in respect of OP4 and OP5, including the subject matter, volume and value of the items. 3. The residual estimated value of EUR 224 654.23 (two hundred and twenty-four thousand six hundred and fifty-four euros, twenty-three cents) excluding VAT, respectively EUR 269 585.07 (two hundred and sixty-nine thousand five hundred and eighty-five euros, and seven cents) including VAT, representing the sum of the estimated values of Lot 1, Lot 2 and Lot 3, is also the maximum financial resource of the contracting authority for its implementation and is allocated to the individual lots as follows: - Lot No 1 “Supply of milk and milk food products” with an estimated value: EUR 84 264.75 including VAT and EUR 70 220.63 excluding VAT; - Lot No. 2 “Supply of meat and meat food products, fish and eggs” with an estimated value: EUR 129 214.54 including VAT and EUR 107 678.78 excluding VAT; - Lot No 3 “Supply of fresh fruit and vegetables” with an estimated value: EUR 56 105.78 including VAT and EUR 46 754.82 excluding VAT. II. The subject matter of the public procurement under the individual lots also includes supplies of organic food products from the relevant product group in accordance with Regulation No N-1 of 23 July 2024 on the environmental requirements for certain products subject to public procurement, in force as of 14 August 2024, which must have been produced in accordance with the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2018/848 of the European Parliament and of the Council.
