Ο αναθέτων φορέας αναγνωρίζει ισοδύναμα πιστοποιητικά που έχουν εκδοθεί από φορείς διαπιστευμένους από ισοδύναμους Οργανισμούς διαπίστευσης, εδρεύοντες και σε άλλα κράτη - μέλη σύμφωνα με τον Κανονισμό 765/2008 .
