What the buyer is looking for
On behalf of the City of Tampere Urban Environment Service Area, Tampereen Energia Oy, Tampereen Infra Oy and Tampereen Vesi Oy, the procurement services of the City of Tampere will be put out to tender for the planning services of road, street and regional engineering in public areas for the period of the framework agreement 1 February 2027-31 January 2029, which can be extended for a two-year option period. The terms and conditions of the framework agreement are described in more detail in the draft agreement. Tampereen Energia Oy will use the agreement only for the planning of joint construction projects between the contracting parties. The framework agreement will select six (6) tenderers who have submitted the most economically advantageous tenders in terms of price-quality ratio. The choice of supplier for the framework agreement is based on the criteria of overall economic advantage, price and quality. More specifically, the comparison criteria are set out below.
