Property management requires the coordination of a wide range of data and processes, including: - maintenance and servicing tasks - energy consumption - water consumption - condition data - alarms and deviations - reporting and analytics. In the current operating environment, this information is managed in several different systems and partly in manual processes. The fragmentation of information makes it difficult to form an overall picture of the state of real estate and slows down decision-making. In addition, the need for property maintenance is increasingly emphasised: - improve energy efficiency - quickly identify deviations - move to predictive maintenance - use data to support decision-making. For this reason, the City of Kerava acquires a centralised system that combines operational and analytical data related to properties into a single service.
