… geographical areas to be procured are described in more detail in Annex 01 Service description_LUONNOS.zip to the draft invitation to tender attached to the invitation to participate. The service description and its attachments are drafts. The subject matter of the contract will be specified during the negotiated procedure. The Agreement shall enter into force by signature. The duration of the contract is 4+3+3 years. The duration of the contract is calculated from the moment when the responsibility for service production has been transferred to the contractor for the entire contract. The responsibility for service production from current suppliers will be transferred by 01.03.2027 at the latest. A more detailed service description will be provided after the request to participate phase, as we require a valid confidentiality commitment to review it. CORRECTION NOTICE (19/10/2026): -The deadline for submitting requests to participate has been specified and corrected in the description of the procedure. -The name of the service description appendix has been modified to correspond to the name presented in the description of the procurement ("01 Service description_LUONNOS.zip") CORRECTION NOTICE (23.10.2026) - Text referring to exclusion criteria has been modified, as previously incorrect references to legal provisions had been left in the text.
