… and 18:00. The service will be arranged at the beginning of the contract period in the premises designated by the customer at Taimikatu 6, 04260, Kerava. The organisation of the service may be transferred to new premises or evasive premises designated by the client during the contract period. The service provider is obligated to arrange the service in new premises designated by the client or in evasive premises at a time determined by the client. Customers are directed to the service through municipal customer guidance. The client's early childhood education and care fees are determined in the same way as in municipal early childhood education and care. See Annex 1 "Service description" for a more detailed description of the subject of the contract. During the preparatory phase of the procurement, a market prospection was carried out by means of an open request for information published on 8 September 2026. The deadline for replies was 17 September 2026. The request for information informed about the future procurement and provided access to and comment on the preliminary tender documents. In competitive tendering, the selection criterion is the best value for money, based on the lowest price. The provider offering the lowest price is selected as the service provider. One (1) service provider will be selected on the basis of competitive tendering. Parallel offers are forbidden.
