Load-bearing wooden components flame retardant/fire retardant, wood-based panels non-fire retardant; Steel stiffeners flammability-free, without additional fire resistance. • Hall at ground level, three exits, short rescue routes; comprehensive early fire detection and smoke detectors are required in the hall, attic and intervals.
