… must achieve a continuous product throughput of at least 1,000 L/h at a simultaneous homogenizing pressure of 1,200 bar. It is used in particular for cell digestion of fermentatively produced products. Relevant fermenter sizes are 200L to 10m3 working volume. The scope of services includes detailed technical planning including the creation of a 3D model, the coordination of mechanical, media and automation interfaces, the creation of the required MSR and automation documents, production, factory testing, delivery, assembly, commissioning, proof of performance, training of the operating personnel and the handover of a complete as-built documentation. The system must be designed for safe, reliable and maintenance-friendly continuous operation. It must have suitable pressure, throughput and temperature measurements, safety functions and interfaces for integration into a higher-level system control. Optionally, additional components can be offered in addition to the minimum requirement: Sound insulation enclosure, product heat exchanger for connection to a cold water network, pumping station for media conveyance, mobile skid design as well as higher-quality materials for product-contacted components. Detailed technical, process-related and site-specific documents are made available to interested companies via the messaging function of the allocation platform after a non-disclosure agreement has been entered into.
