HBK System – Rating Calculator

… Models according to the requirements of the Client; - independent validation of developed Rating Models; - services leading to the successful implementation of the HBK System – Rating Calculator in the Customer's environment; - providing long-term support and maintenance and minor development for a period of 10 years from the implementation of the HBK System – Rating Calculator. On the basis of the Treaties, the subject of the Public Contract will be implemented, with one supplier whose tender will be evaluated as the most economically advantageous on the basis of the evaluation of the tenders. Rating Calculator A rating calculator is a technological solution, i.e. a system / application or functional component that uses the Rating Model to systematically evaluate entities. Rating model A rating model is a systematic tool used to assess a client's creditworthiness. The aim of the implementation of the Public Procurement is the simplification of processes, the use of modern technologies and approaches, the flexibility of the HBK System – Rating Calculator fulfilling the basis of the Contracting Authority. The Contracting Authority points out that through this Public Procurement it is looking for a supplier who will supply it with a complete solution, i.e. how it will supply and implement the HBK System – Rating Calculator (and ensure its support and maintenance), thus creating individual Rating Models according to the Contracting Authority's requirements and ensuring their independent validation. Rating models will be newly created in the HBK – Rating Calculator System with limited use of the Bank's historical client data. The Client does not have the know-how for the creation and implementation of Rating Models and therefore the selected supplier cannot expect above-standard cooperation from the Client in this area. A procuring entity shall be able to supply a limited range of data to a selected supplier, but it shall not be able to supply a range of data on which the Rating Model can be calibrated. The subject of the Public Contract is the delivery, implementation, maintenance, development and support of the HBK System – Rating Calculator (including the development and validation of Rating Models), whose detailed specifications and components are detailed in the annexes to the Treaties. The performance will be divided into two Contracts, i.e. (i) the Implementation Agreement and (ii) the Service Agreement. On the basis of the Service Agreement, service, maintenance, support and minor development of the System will take place. The detailed specification of the subject of the Public Contract is set out in other parts of the Tender Documentation, in particular in the binding drafts of the Contract Documentation – Annexes 6 and 7 to the Tender Documentation, and the Technical Specification of the Public Contract – Annex 8.
