… discrepancies Winner tenderers are obliged to provide the following associated fleet-system operating services throughout the duration of the contract: 1. Ordering, placing in service and handing over vehicles 2. Long-term rental of motor vehicles 3. Insurance administration of damage events 4. Organization of winter-summer tire changes, maintenance and repair of tires 5. Maintenance and repair services 6. Assistance service 7. Reporting 8. Taxes and duties (except Company Car Tax and Vehicle Tax/Weight Tax) 9. The detailed technical specifications, quantity and bodywork and additions for each vehicle are set out in the “Requirements list and Price table” and the Technical Specification of the procurement documents. The detailed description of the fleet system operation is contained in the Technical Specification and the draft contract. The contracting authority does not accept second-hand dismantled vehicles, i.e. the vehicles to be offered must be new. New vehicle: A vehicle that has not been registered in Hungary or abroad and has not been used as a demonstration or test vehicle. The procurement shall also include the delivery of new vehicles to the places of supply referred to in point II.2.3), as set out in the draft contract. The contracting authority is not expected to recommend vehicles of the same type and fuel-driven within each vehicle category. If any part of the procurement documents contains a reference to something of a make, type, origin, process, trademark, patent, activity, person, origin or production process, the Contracting Authority shall accept the equivalent performance in accordance with Article 321/2015. (X. 30.) on the basis of Section 46(3) of the Government Decree.
