Sensor technology • Sensors related to personal, patient and customer safety and research • Devices that collect well-being data for living at home • Fall prevention and identification VAKE is ideally looking for an overall supplier for a solution that includes all these features, but the supplier can also identify itself as part of a multi-vendor model according to its special expertise. The supplier/provider identification options are • Implementation of requirements related to personal , customer and patient safety and sensor technology: The first supplier of the basic project is responsible for implementing the requirements related to the foundation of the system solution (management software), personal, customer and patient safety and sensor technology. • Implementation of mobile security requirements: A potential co-supplier is responsible for the implementation of mobile security requirements (example target: mobile security). A procuring entity may select one or more suppliers on the basis of this procurement procedure. The customer may enter into a separate procurement contract with the first supplier as well as with a potential second supplier. The draft contract shall apply to contracts with both suppliers. However, the content, scope, responsibilities, services, deliveries, service levels, integrations, pricing and other contractual obligations may differ to the extent required by the subject matter of the procurement, the role of the selected supplier or the contractual documentation. Contract-specific deviations, limitations and specifications are specified in the supplier's contract, its annexes or other contractual documents. Where a contractual term is expressly limited to the first supplier or only to the second supplier, that term shall apply in accordance with such limitation.
