… and to support the transition to work, education or appropriate follow-up services. The service can be implemented as individual coaching, group coaching or a combination of both. Coaching can include guidance related to working and functional ability, everyday management, motivation and working life skills according to the customer's individual needs. Coaching can also be offered to support attachment to and retention in the workplace. The service provider must monitor and report the results using agreed indicators. At the end of the coaching, the coach prepares a final assessment together with the client, which must include the matters reviewed during the coaching as well as a follow-up plan aimed at employment. The service must be available in Finnish and, if necessary, in English. The service provider undertakes to collect the final feedback on the service from the participants. The estimated value of the acquisition is 120,000 € VAT 0% taken into account in the estimated value of the option year 1. The declared value is an estimate, and the subscriber does not commit to specific procurement volumes or use of the service during the contract period. The service is procured according to real needs. The selection shall be made on the basis of the best value for money criterion, based on the best price-quality ratio. If the comparison of the offers leads to tie points or the prices of the offers are the same, the winner will be determined by drawing lots.
