What the buyer is looking for
The Urban Environment Division (CAP) is implementing the procurement of the Kaava production system. The City of Helsinki Urban Environment Division will acquire a plan production system that will be able to produce a city plan and general plan according to the national plan data model and deliver them to the built environment information system maintained by the Finnish Environment Institute from the beginning of 2029 at the latest. The procurement includes software service access rights, maintenance and support, and a fixed-price implementation project. In addition, the procurement includes separately ordered training, further development and expert services.
