Natural advisory function, such as advice directly resulting from audit findings and/or resulting from the results of limitations of (draft) reports; 4. Providing the audit and board committee with a physical explanation of the management letter and the audit report at least twice a year; 5. The audit of external tax cooperation. In addition, it is possible to request additional audit or advisory work from the contractor, such as advising on the introduction of a new regulation. These assignments are outside the fixed price per year and an hourly rate for additional work is requested.
