In order to prevent the contractual maximum value from being exceeded in the interim and the Service Agreement from losing effect before the intended end of the term, we conclude the Service Agreement with a maximum contract value of € 55 million (excluding VAT and price indexation). Factors that can affect the actual size include natural fluctuations in the need, political administrative developments and developments in the social debate on specific topics. As a result, the (size of the) Assignment and/or the service provision of the Service Agreement may change, without this resulting in a material change to the Assignment.
