The expiring agreement was in the form of a traditional RAW specification. Waterschap Rivierenland has evaluated this contract form internally and subsequently decided to tender new contracts for green maintenance in the form of RAW Framework Agreements. Waterschap Rivierenland wishes to conclude a Framework Agreement with one Tenderer. Partial contracts will be issued during the duration of the Framework Agreement.
