The total useful area for the new DHZC building is approximately 29,800 m2 with a gross floor area of approximately 75,600 m2 and a gross volume of approximately 355,000 m3. … medical technology, functional areas, examination and treatment rooms as well as the areas for general, IMC, ITS care are to be supplied with oxygen, medical compressed air and vacuum. In a few functional areas, extraction points for anaesthetic gas extraction (AGFS) and CO2 as well as technical compressed air for cleaning, disinfection and sterilization machines are also required.
