… and current mobility data of the LHM · Provision of additional data of the shared mobility providers with whom the client is in a contractual relationship · Commissioning of the interfaces · Implementation of the requirements for shared mobility in accordance with Chapters 3 and 5 of the service description · Provision of the specialist application, including the accesses for the respective users · Necessary adaptations/customizing, configurations and, if necessary, extensions, if not included in the standard technical application o General conditions see Chapter 2.2.2 "Framework conditions with regard to customer-specific extensions" of the service description o for implementation of the requirements see Chapter 3 "General requirements Lot-crossing" of the service description o for implementation of the requirements for shared mobility see Chapter 5 "Requirements Lot 2: Shared Mobility" of the specifications · Provision of the technical application according to the required performance · Support of the tests and troubleshooting of the technical application · Required licenses/accesses to the test environment before acceptance · Support of the introduction: Go-live, early-life support · Provision of documentation · Guarantee of support, both professionally and technically · Support by a specialist c) Operation of the specialist application · Further support services on call of about 80 person-hours per year during the entire contract period. This includes, for example, additional customizing, such as client-specific adjustments to a representation or extension of the data model, integration of additional or changed sharing providers, implementation of change requests. Further support services must be made available from acceptance of the entire system until the end of the contract period and must be available by the hour. · Support by a specialist · Provision of service and maintenance of the specialist application (see Chapter 3.5.1 "Operational requirements incl. recovery" and EVB IT Cloud GTC and Annex "IT infrastructure, support processes and SLA for the allocation of SaaS specialist applications" Chapter 5 "Support processes" and Chapter 6 "Service levels") · Support of the exit strategy d) Users Training of users in the specialist application including the preparation of the required training documents
