Delivery The standard mail is delivered to the recipient as follows: - At least 95% of consignments must be delivered on the third working day following delivery of the consignment to the Contractor (E+3) - A total of 99% of consignments must be delivered on the fourth working day following delivery of the consignment to the Contractor (E+4). Compliance with the maturities shall be monitored by appropriate measures and demonstrated to the contracting authority upon request. Delivery takes place on working days, including Saturdays, unless a statutory holiday falls on this day.
