… multiple Global Distribution Systems (GDS) or other comparable booking databases used in the field of tourism, to the extent that it allows the search and reservation of the services offered. (c) The system allows the display of multiple available variants of the offered places or services and for these variants it displays the final price, i.e. the price including all mandatory fees and taxes related to the booking. (d) The system allows you to make a reservation or order standard services directly within the system without the need for an individual manual response from the supplier's employee. (e) The system makes it possible to trace back the history of reservations and orders, including details of the date and time of the reservation or change and the identification of the user who performed the action. (f) The booking system shall be available on-line at all times, with the exception of planned outages, which shall be notified to the contracting authority in advance. (g) The system allows sending a tax document (invoice) or other accounting document corresponding to legal regulations to the e-mail address specified by the contracting authority or the ordering party, in accordance with the conditions specified in the draft contract. The subject-matter of this contract is defined in detail by a framework agreement (‘the agreement’), the draft of which forms part of the tender specifications. By submitting an offer for a public contract, the participant fully and unreservedly accepts these terms and conditions. The contracting authority will demand the provision of services, on the basis of the agreement continuously throughout its duration according to its current needs. The minimum requirements for the subject-matter of the contract are defined in the commercial and other terms and conditions set out in the annex to the tender specifications.
