On request, the period may be modified 30 days after 15 March if weather conditions so warrant. I. … removal work by providing blasting material; • Provision of blasting material (by material loading, mixing) for the manual de-lubrication and snow removal works of public areas managed by the Municipality of Miskolc City of County Rank carried out by the Contracting Authority • Provision of a site (1 piece) suitable for the storage of blasting material; • Establishment and provision of a snow dispatcher service office. II. Tools and conditions to be provided by the Tenderer: In the case of machinery used at work, the following conditions must be met: 5 sprayers having the following conditions: • CaCl2 and other state-of-the-art liquid sprayers with a liquid tank of min. 1800 l; • dry blasting tank of min. 4 m3; • the total length of the rubber blade edge on the sliding plate is min. 2500-3000 mm.; • basic machine with at least two axles, all-wheel drive. 1 spreading machine having the following conditions: • 1.5-4m3 dry blasting tank on pusher plate, the total length of the rubber plate edge is min. 2500-3000 mm; all-wheel drive base machine. Solid and liquid blasting material shall be transported separately in separate tanks and the automatic spreading control system shall permit individual or combined spreading of at least 5 vehicles. The bidder is obliged to provide the number of vehicles ordered in advance during the service period, regardless of any defects. Instead of the defective vehicle/vehicles, it is obliged to provide for its replacement within a maximum of two hours, without separate remuneration, which is applicable in the case of the type of spray material and the mixing ratio used during normal operation. In addition: 2 sprayers are all-wheel drive basic machines with sliding plates with rubber blade edges not wider than 2 meters, equipped with a dry blasting tank of at least 1.5 cubic meters. 1 sprayer with a minimum dry spray tank of 8 cubic metres and the technical conditions described above for 5 sprayers. In addition to the technical characteristics of sprayers, it is also expected that: • adjustable spreading width (2-10 m) and spreading volume (5-200 g/m2) controlled from the cab, • drivers must be equipped with mobile phones (for all vehicles) and satellite tracking must be ensured on the vehicles, which data is required to be stored electronically. Technical requirements for loaders serving blasting material (blasting material loading and mixing in storage areas): min. 1 loader with a loader bucket larger than 1 m3 and a loading height (coverability from above) of at least 3 m. In addition, the loader must have bucket scale equipment suitable for measurements certified by the Hungarian standard. Minimum 1 loader (spare loader) with the same technical conditions as above. Technical requirements for a spray storage site: • A library of leaflets at an inland site of Miskolc MJ City (easily accessible considering the working areas and preferably applicable as a regional center)
