… conjunction with Article 80 of the PPZOP, lot No 2 is reserved for specialised enterprises or cooperatives of people with disabilities within the meaning of § 2(46) of the Additional Provisions of the Public Procurement Act, or for economic operators whose main objective is the social or professional integration of people with disabilities or disadvantaged people within the meaning of § 2(62) of the Additional Provisions of the Public Procurement Act. According to the requirements of Art. 5 and 6 of the PPA, persons registered as specialized enterprises or cooperatives of people with disabilities, as well as economic entities whose main objective is the social and professional integration of people with disabilities or disadvantaged people, at least three years before the date of opening of this procedure, may participate in the public procurement for Lot 2. They must meet the condition that at least 30 per cent of their list must come from disabled or disadvantaged people. Specialized enterprises or cooperatives of people with disabilities may participate in the public procurement, provided that they can perform at least 80 percent of its object with their own machinery, equipment and human resources. To fulfil the condition, they may use subcontractors or rely on the capacities of third parties if the subcontractors or third parties are specialised enterprises or cooperatives of persons with disabilities. Other interested parties may participate in this procedure for Lot 2, but their tenders will be considered only if no tenders of persons for whom the contract has been reserved are admissible. · The subject of this lot is Delivery of stationery and office supplies for the needs of the Municipality of Nessebar and the secondary ushers through periodic requests by the contracting authority for items described in the technical specification. The quantity and types of stationery are delivered on separate orders, depending on the current needs of the Municipality of Nessebar and the secondary spending units, until the expiration of thirty-six months from the date of award of the contract. Participants should provide samples for the items included in Annex 1 to the technical specification. · The subject of this lot is Delivery of stationery and office supplies for the needs of the Municipality of Nessebar and the secondary ushers, falling under the list under Art. 12, para 1, item 1 of the PPA through periodic requests by the contracting authority for items described in the technical specification. The quantity and types of stationery are delivered on separate orders, depending on the current needs of the Municipality of Nessebar and the secondary spending units, until the expiration of three years from the date of award of the contract. Participants should provide samples for the items included in Annex 3 to the technical specification. Lot No 2 is included in the list referred to in Article 12(1)(1) of the Public Procurement Act and, pursuant to Article 12 of the Public Procurement Act, in conjunction with Article 80 of the Public Procurement Act, Lot No 2 is reserved for specialised enterprises or human cooperatives.
