Supplies of food products for the needs of Little Red Riding Hood should be realized by dividing the necessary types of food supplies into 2 (two) lots: - Lot No 1 “Supply of fresh fruit and vegetables” with an estimated value: EUR 96 784.03 including VAT and EUR 80 653.36 excluding VAT; - Lot No. 2 “Supply of packaged food products and pulses” with an estimated value: EUR 23 623.00 including VAT and EUR 19 685.83 excluding VAT; with a total estimated value of the entire public contract of EUR 120 407.03 (one hundred and twenty thousand four hundred and seven euros and three cents) including VAT or…

… up to EUR 100 339.19 (one hundred thousand three hundred and thirty-nine euros and nineteen cents) excluding VAT, which is also the maximum financial resource of the contracting authority for its implementation under the individual lots. 2. Pursuant to Article 21(6) of the Public Procurement Act, Lot No 2 ‘Supply of packaged food products and pulses’, with an estimated value of EUR 19 685.83 net of VAT (total of 19.62% of the estimated value for the performance of the entire public contract), planned as a lot in this contract, will be awarded in the order valid for its individual estimated value, by means of a ‘direct award’ under Article 20(4)(3) of the Public Procurement Act, since the value of the lot concerned, EUR 19 685.83 net of VAT, does not exceed the amount of BGN 156 464 which, converted into euro, is equal to EUR 79 998.77 and, at the same time, the estimated value of the lot thus awarded does not exceed 20% of the total estimated value of the contract net of VAT, which is EUR 20 067.84 net of VAT. The contracting authority decides to award Lot No 2 ‘Supply of packaged food products and pulses’ in accordance with the procedure valid for its individual estimated value, on the basis of and in compliance with the requirements of Article 21(6) of the Public Procurement Act, by means of a ‘direct award’ within the meaning of Article 20(4)(3) of the Public Procurement Act. Pursuant to Article 7(2) of the PPZOP, in the documentation, the contracting authority shall indicate all the information required in respect of Lot 2, including the subject matter, volume and value of the lot. 3. Estimated value of the contract to be awarded by ‘open procedure’: The estimated value of the contract for the supply of food products – fresh fruit and vegetables is EUR 96 784.03 (ninety-six thousand seven hundred and eighty-four euros and three cents) including VAT respectively EUR 80 653.36 (eighty thousand six hundred and fifty-three euros and thirty-six cents) excluding VAT, which is the residual estimated and limit value of Lot 1 ‘Supply of fresh fruit and vegetables’. Lot 1 ‘Supply of fresh fruit and vegetables’ constitutes the main part of the subject-matter of the contract, which is why it is awarded independently according to its individual value in accordance with Article 7(2) of the PPZOP in conjunction with Article 21(6) of the PPA through an ‘open procedure’ within the meaning of Article 18(1)(1) of the PPA in conjunction with Article 20(1)(1)(b) in conjunction with Article 73 of the PPA. In view of the above, the subject matter of the contract to be awarded under this ‘open procedure’ is ‘Supply of food products - fresh fruit and vegetables for the needs of Little Red Riding Hood DG – Plovdiv’. II. The subject matter of the contract also includes supplies of organic food products from the relevant product group, which should have been produced in accordance with the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2018/848 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 30 May 2018 on organic production and labelling of organic products.
