… rental apartments owned or maintained by the City of Mikkeli. The agreement does not apply to other premises of the city, agencies or institutions. The contracting entity reserves the right to extend orders to these city rental apartments if/if these housing units are transferred directly to the management or ownership of Mikalo during the contract period. For the City of Mikkeli, the need applies to occasional and minor purchases of household appliances during the contract period. 2. New construction, renovations and delivery terms for large lots: In addition to the current everyday replacement purchases of rental housing companies, this framework contract can also be used in the contracting entities' own new construction and renovation projects (e.g. line renovations and renovations). In large renovation and new construction projects, where more than ten (10) units are ordered to one address at a time, the delivery time and logistics are agreed on a case-by-case basis between the contracting entity and the supplier according to the schedule of the construction site. If the equipment is ordered to a renovation or new building (works site) only delivered without installation, the client will request a separate refund/discount from the supplier for the share of installation work and recycling of the old equipment on a case-by-by-case basis.
