… assistance provided as comprehensive advice. Under the terms of the contract, the comprehensive adviser shall generally perform the following: a. Advice in connection with qualifying the client's project material, pre-programming and residual project proposal as necessary, authority project, tender project and execution project. b. Advice in connection with design management, including ICT management. c. Advice in connection with construction management, technical supervision and project follow-up during execution and delivery, including 1-year inspection. d. Occupational health and safety coordination during design and execution. e. Assistance in connection with the implementation of tendering in accordance with the Public Procurement Act.
