The construction area is characterized by limited space, numerous property accesses, existing trees, existing tram and bus stops as well as high traffic loads due to motorized individual traffic, public transport as well as foot and bicycle traffic. The accessibility of adjacent land and existing transport facilities must be maintained during the construction period. Particular requirements arise from the work within the environmental composite tube as well as from the coordination with parallel contractors and the interfaces to the 2. S-Bahn main line.
