What the buyer is looking for
The subject of the public contract for the conclusion of the framework agreement will be the provision of routine and continuous road maintenance services under the authority of the Contracting Authority, according to the current needs of the Contracting Authority set out in the partial contracts. The selected supplier will be obliged to ensure the comprehensive provision of the required services, including the means and equipment needed to provide them, according to the current needs of the Contracting Authority. … grass and woodland around roads, removal of defects in vertical road markings, maintenance of roadsides and ditches or bridges, The subject matter of the public contract is defined in more detail in the annexes to this Tender Documentation, in particular in the binding draft framework agreement, which forms Annex 1 to the Tender Documentation, and in its annexes. The contracting authority also provides the contractors with the existing operational plan for winter maintenance within Annex 13 to the Tender Documentation. The current operational plan for winter maintenance, which is relevant for the performance of the public contract, will be issued and provided in accordance with the binding legal regulations and the binding draft framework agreement, which forms Annex 1 to the Tender Documentation.
