What the buyer is looking for
The subject of the contract is the replacement (dismantling) of existing radio hot and cold water meters (‘TV’ and ‘SV’) for the supply and installation of new water meters with remote reading of data, including the provision of monthly consumption information. The water meters will be installed on water distribution systems in the installation shafts of residential and non-residential units. Consumption values will be activated via the portal service (data bus) and access to the customer portal will be provided, which will provide monthly information on the consumption of individual service recipients in accordance with the applicable legislation. … services in apartment buildings in the territory of the Contracting Authority. The meters will be installed on radiators of individual apartments and non-residential premises or, in the case of calorimeters, on central heating pipes. This public contract also includes the provision of services defined by the terms of the deduction and billing service contract in accordance with Act No. 67/2013 Coll., the Act regulating certain issues related to the provision of services related to the use of flats and non-residential premises in a house with flats, as amended, and in accordance with Decree No. 269/2015 Coll., on the allocation of costs, as amended. The subscription and billing service contract will be concluded for a period of 10 years (radio module and bus cycle), the binding proposal of which is Annex 5 to the tender specifications. Before starting the implementation, it is necessary to contact the technician of the Department of Housing and Other Economy, who will specify which of the housing units will be free during the implementation (passing the keys), and which housing units and premises will be used by the tenant during the implementation. The selected supplier (contractor) will notify the tenants one week before the start of work that the existing radio meters will be replaced with meters with remote data reading. The notification will be made in the form of written information placed in a visible place (lift, main door, notice board). The subject of performance is described in detail in the specification of the subject of performance, which forms Annex 3 to the tender specifications.
