What the buyer is looking for

The subject of the Public Procurement Act will be subject to state quality verification pursuant to Act No 309/2000 Coll., on defence standardization, cataloguing and state quality verification of products and services intended to ensure the defence of the state and on amendments to the Trade Licensing Act, as amended.
