On the basis of the insurance contract, the selected contractor will provide the contracting authority with the performance of the subject matter of this part of the public contract. Part b) insurance of liability for damage caused by the operation of the vehicle and accident insurance of vehicles (fleet insurance) The subject of this part of the public contract is mainly insurance of liability for damage caused by the operation of the vehicle (compulsory liability) and accident insurance of vehicles. The subject of insurance will be covered by the conclusion of a fixed-term insurance contract, i.e. for the period of 1. 1. 2027 – 31. 12. 2028. The contracting authority will be in the position of the policyholder in the performance of the contract for this part of the contract. On the basis of the insurance contract, the selected contractor will provide the contracting authority with the performance of the subject matter of this part of the public contract. For each part of the contract, an insurance contract will be concluded with one selected supplier. The contracting authority commissioned the insurance broker RENOMIA, a. s., with its registered office at Holandská 8, 639 00 Brno, Company ID: 48391301, the management (management) and processing of his insurance interest (‘broker’). The business dealings that will be related to this insurance policy will be conducted exclusively through this broker.
