The task consists of the following parts: • professional collection and loading of waste from a workplace collection point and transport of authorised waste to a recovery and/or disposal site (pre-treatment site if necessary); • handing it over to the recipient, fulfilling the waste management task specified in the professional offer to the HAK (Waste Identification Code); • As part of the Tenderer’s technical offer, describe the exact waste management activities you perform with the wastes belonging to the HAK listed in the technical specifications. In the professional offer, the tenderer should describe the following for each type of waste (per CFM code): o - the method of recovery/disposal according to the legislation (where appropriate, several waste management methods may be presented for each type), o the planned pre-treatment activity, o - the indication of the planned location of recovery/disposal (where appropriate, several locations may be indicated). • In cases where the waste found falls within the scope of the concession, the task is to collect, load and, if necessary, sort the waste. The removal of waste is typically expected from the following areas: • wastes of a non-municipal nature regularly generated in connection with the basic activity of the contracting authority; • surplus waste generated due to the situation of havaria in connection with the basic activity of the contracting authority; • manufacturing wastes, by-products and redundant materials that pose an immediate threat to the environment collected during previous activity(s) on the properties concerned; • illegally deposited waste on the properties concerned.
