The subject of the public procurement is the selection of a contractor for full system administration, maintenance and servicing of the built SharePoint environment at MU-Varna, according to the attached Technical Specification (Annex 1), referred to for brevity as “system administration”. According to its specific needs and financial security, the Client reserves the right to assign the implementation of additional activities to improve the operation and functioning of the Share Point structure, as well as implemented projects on it, referred to for short as “additional activities”. These activities include those for the development/assistance and maintenance of ongoing SharePoint projects (web sites, portals, etc.). Each participant must submit a tender for the full scope of system administration, maintenance and service of the built SharePoint structure included in the technical specification (Annex No1).
