Modalitatea de deplinire a cerintei: “Completare DUAE” de catre operatorii economici participanti la procedura de atribuire cu informatiile aferente situatiei lor, urmand ca la finalizarea evaluarii ofertelor autoritatea contractanta sa solicite ofertantului clasat pe primul loc urmatoarele documente justificative: - Certificat constatator eliberat de Oficiul Registrului Comertului, sau in cazul ofertantilor straini, documente echivalente emise in tara de rezidenta, urmeaza sa fie prezentate numai la solicitarea autoritatii contractante. (3) si (5) din Legea 331/2024 (Codul Silvic), eliberat de comisia de atestare a operatorilor economici pentru activitatea de exploatare forestieră, precum şi criteriile de atestare pentru activitatea de exploatare forestieră, conform Ordinului 1106/2018 cu modificările şi completările ulterioare.
