What the buyer is looking for
The object of the procurement is the spotlights intended for exhibition use by the National Board of Antiquities / National Museum of Finland (the "Procurement Unit"), as well as the related interchangeable optics and other accessories specified in the invitation to tender (the "Goods"). The quantities and minimum technical requirements of the products to be purchased are set out in the attached list of luminaires. The luminaires must be directly mechanically and electrically compatible with the existing ERCO 3 phase light rails of the National Museum of Finland. … least five (5) years. Warranty and maintenance services must be available in Finnish. The goods must be delivered by 29 January 2027. The selected supplier shall endeavour to deliver the Goods as soon as possible after the conclusion of the contract and, if possible, before the deadline. A more detailed schedule will be agreed with the selected supplier. The schedule must take into account that the delivery of the goods will take place during the museum's opening project. For the above reason, the Contracting Entity reserves the right to change the timetable of the dates specified in the invitation to tender. N.B.: 19.10.2026 The contracting entity has corrected the annex to the invitation to tender with a notice of correction. The contracting entity has corrected the incorrect figure in cell F10 in the appendix "National Museum_exhibition light package". In the new appendix "National Museum_exhibition light package repair", the numerical value has been corrected. In addition, as a result of the correction, the contracting entity has extended the deadline for tendering and the deadlines for submitting questions and answering questions.
