… Replacement and installation of water meters (turnus change due to expired calibration validity, residuals from previous years and collection of sample meters. No lot limit / no surcharge limit: Tenderers are free to apply for one, two or all three lots. There is no lot or surcharge limit. The tender, the evaluation and the award of the contract will be made separately for each lot. A tenderer may be awarded one, two or all three lots. Contract type and duration: A stand-alone framework agreement with a fixed duration of four years will be concluded for each lot. It is automatically extended by up to two additional years each time, unless the client terminates in writing with a period of six months to the end of the respective term (maximum total term: eight years). Framework contractor and distribution key per lot: The contracting authority shall conclude the framework agreement with up to three contractors per lot. The allocation of the specific contracts will be based on the price ranking achieved by each contractor in the procurement procedure (rank 1 = most cost-effective tender per lot): • 100 % for one framework contractor, • 70 % / 30 % for two framework contractors, • 60 % / 25 % / 15 % for three framework contractors. Estimated quantities, maximum quantity and maximum value: The estimated quantities shown in the price sheet for each lot are non-binding. The maximum quantities shown in the price sheet and the maximum value shown are binding and constitute the absolute upper limit.
