Contracts following framework agreements will be concluded on a monthly or quarterly basis whenever necessary, depending on the needs of the contracting authority. The number of days in which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of tenders is 20 days. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarifications/additional information 11th day before the deadline set in the contract notice for the submission of tenders given that, according to Article 161 of Law No 98/2016, as subsequently amended and supplemented, economic operators must have at least 10 days to draw up their tender in accordance with the additional requirements introduced by the reply to the clarifications/additional information.
