Specifically, the subject of the contract is the "Concession of the exclusive right to operate public scheduled long-distance passenger transport by bus in the Region of Western Macedonia", with an estimated value of €118,500,000.00 plus VAT (i.e. €11,850,000 per year, for ten (10) years). The estimated value of the contract amounts to a total of €118,500,000.00 excluding VAT of 13% (estimated value including VAT: € 133,905,000.00). Including an option, if exercised under the terms and conditions of Article 4(4) of Regulation (EC) No 1370/2007, the estimated value of the contract may amount to €177 750 000.00 excluding 13 % VAT (estimated value including VAT: € 200.857.500,00).
